We at Indian Country Media Network continue to be excited to alert our readers of upcoming pow wows as the pow wow trail continues to heat up. Our Pow Wow Planner for Friday June 2 through Sunday June 4, 2017 is listed below.

ICMN’s pow wow in this week’s planner is the Kitigan Zibi Traditional Pow Wow which takes place in Maniwaki, Quebec, Canada on June 3rd and 4th. Freddy Mcgregor is MC and the arena director is Shady Hafez. Host drum is Black Bear and Boys from the Bay co-host. Invited drums are Eagle River, Ottawa River Singers, and Red Tail Spirit Singers. Head female and male dancers are Shauna Jerome and Rene Racine respectively.
