A Look at What’s Going on at the Cherokee National Holiday

They’ve been celebrating the Cherokee National Holiday, which honors the signing of the Cherokee Constitution in 1839 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, for 59 years and counting.  Since 1953 this three-day event spectacular has grown into one of the premiere festivals in Oklahoma and Indian Country, drawing nearly 100,000 visitors from all over the country and around the world.
