The National Archives Eighth Annual Genealogy Fair will be held April 18 and 19 at the National Archives Building, 700 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in Washington, D.C. This year’s event will focus on Branching Out: Exploring Your Family Tree.
The free two-day event showcases the federal records at the National Archives as resources for family history research. It will include workshops on records relating to the Census, immigration, land, naturalization, military, online resources, and more.
There will be an opening ceremony on April 18 at 9 a.m. with sessions and exhibits running from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. both days.
