Genealogy Society Presents Native American Program

The Wabash Valley Genealogy Society in Terre Haute, Indiana will host Roger Laybourn November 14 at 6 p.m. According to the society, Laybourn has spent his life breaking down prejudices and stereotypes placed on Native Americans by educating the masses about the first peoples. He is of Potawatomi and French descent and has lived the majority of his life in Indiana.

The presentation “The American Indian” will be held at the Vigo County Public Library, at 1 Library Square in Terre Haute, Indiana in rooms A, B, and C. The public is invited to attend.
