Largest Hack Attack Ever?

Hacktivist group Anonymous has successfully taken down the websites of the US Department of Justice, the FBI, the Record Industry Association of America, the Motion Picture Association of America and Universal Music, the Huffington Post reported. This was done in response to Thursday’s forced closure of the popular file-sharing site, Megaupload and arrests associated with it. Coincidentally, Megaupload shutdown followed Monday’s all-day internet strike protesting SOPA and PIPA bills.

RT network posted a video (see below) in which they recapped the details of what they call ‘the largest hack attack ever” and interviewed Barret Brown, founder of Project PM.

CNN, however, called Anonymous “nuissance, not a threat”.
