Movie Dog Visits Hualapai Tribe’s Skywalk Glass Bridge

Last week a stand in for Sonny the Dog, from the movie Due Date, visited with Wilfred Whatoname Jr of the Hualapai Tribe, in preparation for the upcoming DVD release of the movie with Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis.  The climax of the film was shot right on the rim at Guano Point (“Highpoint Hike”) at Grand Canyon West.  Last week, a group of British journalists retracing the zany journey of the movie visited Grand Canyon West to relive the scenery of the crucial point in the movie, along with their stand-in Sonny.
