Must Win: American Indian Kyle Lohse Will Try to Pitch the St. Louis Cardinals into the World Series

Tonight the St. Louis Cardinals turn to their ace, Kyle Lohse, Nomlaki Nation, in a win-or-go-home game versus the Giants in San Francisco.  The best-of-seven National League Championship Series is tied at three games apiece, with tonight’s winner advancing to the World Series to face the Detroit Tigers.

Lohse has been outstanding in the 2012 playoffs, posting a 2-0 record with a 1.96 ERA. The right-hander is 3-1 with a 3.42 ERA in four career starts at San Francisco. St. Louis, the defending 2011 world champions, held a three-games-to-one advantage versus the Giants, but have lost two straight.  The Cards are turning to Lohse, who’s been their best pitcher all year, to advance.  Everything’s on the line …
