Haskell Commencement Pow Wow, Kansas
When & Where: May 11th – 12th at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas
This weekend event will centralize around incredible dance competitions. Dance categories will include Golden Age, Men’s Fancy, Women’s Jingle, and more! Freddy Gipp Men’s Grance Dance will make a special appearance as well. There will be a grand entry at 1pm on Friday and two on Saturday at 1pm and 7pm. You MC will be Mystic River. Comanche Little Ponies 44th Annual Pow Wow, Oklahoma
When & Where: May 12th at then Comanche Co. Fairgrounds, Expo Center in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Saturday’s festivities will begin at 1pm on Saturday. Attendees will enjoy authentic Native American arts, crafts, and foods vendors throughout the day. Dancers will compete for prizes ranging from $50 – $1000. For more information about this event, click here.

Stanford’s 41st Annual Pow Wow, California
When & Where: May 11th – 13th at the Eucalyptus Grove in Stanford, California.
Celebrating its 41st year, Stanford’s weekend Pow Wow will be chocked full of events! Starting off at 5pm on Friday with the opening of the Indian Art Market! 23rd Annual Cherokee Co. Indian Festival and Mother’s Day Pow Wow, Georgia
When & Where: May 13th at Boling Park in Canton, Georgia.
Beginning each day 11AM, the Cherokee Co. Indian Festival and Mother’s Day Pow Wow would “share Cherokee County’s rich history through entertainment, education and cultural fellowship while stimulating reverence and respect for the diversity of our great country.” According to their website, this year’s pow wow is will feature authentic Native American dances, arts and crafts, foods, and more. There will also be Warriors on Horseback, Thunder the American Bison, and a living Indian village filled with tipis, wigwams, Comanche Camp, Muscogee Creek settlement. Mother’s Day Native American Pow Wow
When & Where: May 11-13, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m tonight, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. At Withlocoochee River Park, 12449 Withlacoochee Blvd., Dade City Floriday.
There will be a Creek Village built specifically for this pow wow (the 21st annual Mother’s Day pow wow), an arena for storytelling, drums, and even an on-site Civil War encampment.
