Research Genealogy in Lincolnville

The Lincolnville Historical Society Schoolhouse Museum, 33 Beach Road, in Lincolnville, Maine will be open from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Curator Connie Parker will be available to help research artifacts, photos or genealogy.

“If you have Lincolnville roots you can explore our family albums and perhaps discover relatives you didn’t know you had. If your roots are elsewhere, but your home is here our photos of old houses may include yours. Or if you are just interested in local history we have a lot to share,” states a press release.

The museum has a diverse collection of Native American artifacts and serves as a repository for numerous archaeological collections of Native American pottery and stone tools.
