Taku River Tlingit First Nation

The Taku River Tlingit First Nation has inhabited much of northwestern British Columbia, and parts of Alaska and the Northwest Territories for thousands of years. They recently signed a historic agreement with the provincial government that safeguards major salmon runs and caribou habitat but allows for responsible, sustainable, environmental development in tandem with industry.
