The Return of The Return of Navajo Boy

The Return of Navajo Boy is a documentary by Jeff Spitz that made its debut at the 2000 Sundance Film Festival and drew attention to the issue of uranium contamination on Navajo lands. Ten years after its release, with uranium contamination still a book- and headline-worthy issue (see Judy Pasternak’s Yellow Dirt, published in September), the film is as relevant as ever, and continues to screen around the country (next stop Moab, January 8). Below is the trailer; visit the official site for more information, including a series of follow-up webisodes produced for the film’s 10th anniversary.
