Visit the Redding Rancheria’s Stillwater Pow Pow to Celebrate American Indian Culture

On the day before much of Indian Country observes Native American Day–also known as Indigenous Peoples Day in some parts of Turtle Island–head to the Redding Rancheria’s annual pow wow for a spectacular display of Native music, dance and culture. Gates open today, October 7,  at 10 a.m for the Redding Rancheria Stillwater Pow Wow at the Shasta District Fairgrounds in Redding, California. Grand entry will be at noon. Host drum is Eagle Spirit Singers from Washington state. Admission is only $2 per person, and parking is free. For all the details, go to redding-rancheria.com/stillwater-pow-wow.php.
